By using the Daily Five app ("Daily Five", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the App

Daily Five is a productivity app designed to help users plan and complete daily tasks.

You agree to:

• Use the app for lawful purposes only
• Provide accurate account information
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to access the app in unauthorized ways

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Teams & Shared Content

If you create or join a team:

• Tasks created for that team are shared with other team members
• You are responsible for the content you share within teams
• Daily Five is not responsible for team interactions or shared content

Subscriptions

Daily Five may offer paid subscriptions.

• Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play
• Payments and renewals are managed by the platform provider
• Subscription management and cancellations must be handled through your app store account

Availability & Changes

We strive to keep Daily Five available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may stop using the app at any time and request account deletion.

Limitation of Liability

Daily Five is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Five is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
